How to verify enrollment

The member's ID card, or the acknowledgement letter from BCBSM, shows that the member is enrolled in a plan.

• Medicare Plus Blue PPO^SM ID card
• Prescription Blue PDP^SM ID card
• MPSERS Medicare Plus Blue Group PPO^SM ID card
• UAW Trust Medicare Plus Blue Group PPO^SM ID card

It's easy to verify eligibility and find out about the member's benefits.

• Use web-DENIS.

To verify dental eligibility and benefits

• Call 1-888-826-8152.
