*If you are currently enrolled in Young Adult Blue medical coverage you are not eligible for this product. We do offer Personal Blue Dental or Personal Blue Dental Plus for individuals enrolled in Young Adult Blue. Please refer to Personal Blue Dental or Personal Blue Dental Plus, or call 1-877-4MY-BLUE(469-2583) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information.
