Mail Order Prescription Drug Program
If you are enrolled in a mail order program, you can order refills for many of the medications you take on an on-going basis through one of our mail order vendors. Using the mail order program, you can order up to a 90-day supply at once, and your medications will be delivered to your home.
The type of medication you take determines which mail order vendor you must use:
- Specialty drugs (PDF) used to treat complex conditions must be ordered through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. Visit the Specialty Drugs page to learn more about specialty drugs.
- All other drugs should be ordered through Medco. Visit the member forms page for the Medco mail order forms for Medco ordering options and instructions.
- Please note that you can access all of your Medco pharmacy information and refill and order your prescriptions online through bcbsm.com. Just click on the Hospitals, Physicians, Medications tab and click "Medco online pharmacy."
